Virtual Business Support offers a virtual business management and administration services to clients throughout Australia and offers some on-site support locally.  Our services are wide and varied and we allow our client’s to delegate their administration to us to allow them to ‘release their time to grow their business’.  Virtual Business Support is located in central Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

The business owner, Karen Talbot has over 30 years experience in administration and management and is qualified to Diploma in Management. This blend of experience, skills and qualifications, puts Virtual Business Support in a perfect position to be able to offer an exceptional standard of service to all its’ clients.

Our key area of expertise is in setting up efficient systems and processes that will help the small business owner save on operating costs. Our range of services are extensive, ranging from project management, sales support, Executive PA services, marketing support, transcription, recruitment services to event management.

Having had hands-on experience in setting up a successful domestic services business and managing the business for 4 years, our market niche is in supporting the small business owner. Our client’s success is our success and we can alleviate many administrative duties, a business owner should not part-take in, releasing their time and thus allowing them to concentrate on what they do best, growing their business and increasing profit.

The founder has held senior administrative positions in a variety of industries, ie education, manufacturing, recruitment, real estate, the health service and networking and has been employed in small, medium and large organisations. Experience has been gained in many aspects of administration from recruitment, sales and marketing, payroll, database management, credit control and website management.
